Possibility of purchase a car chosen by a client when the car rental period is over one year (individual price negotiations possible).

with exact information concerning rental period, car class, expected mileage etc.
All cars are covered with full insurance that includes OC, AC, NW.
EVENT CHARGES RELATED TO THE EVENT AND CONTRACTUAL PENALTIES:
- In case of passing the kilometer limit the price for every additional kilometer is 0,30 PLN.
- Delivering the vehicle to the client and collecting the vehicle from the client in the city where ABCO RENT A CAR agency operates – with at least 20 day rental period for free!!!
- Delivering the vehicle to the client and collecting the vehicle from the client in different city - from 50,00 to 300,00 PLN according to the distance to the nearest ABCO RENT A CAR agency.
- In case of long - term rent the price for delivering the vehicle to the client and collecting the vehicle from the client would be set individually.
- Lack of the registration document, third party liability insurance policy, number plate or registration sticker on the windscreen: 500,00 PLN.
- Every day of immobilisation caused by the need to replace the above items according to the Price List.
- Missing car key without the remote control of the central lock - charge according to the price list of the manufacturer + 15% margin.
- Missing car key with the remote control of the central lock - charge according to the price list of the manufacturer + 15% margin.
- Loss or destruction of the remote control of the alarm system - charge according to the price list of the manufacturer + 15% margin.
- Missing hub cover (not original): 20,00 PLN.
- Missing hub cover (original): 100,00 PLN.
- Missing radio panel: 300,00 PLN.
- Replenishment of the missing fuel: rate equal with the double amount of missing fuel according to the average price of the fuel valid in given place and time.
- Taking out parts of the car furnishings or making other modifications or changes without the consent of the Renting Entity - charge according to the price list of the manufacturer + 15% margin.
- Missing parts of the car furnishings not listed in the price list charge according to the price list of the manufacturer + 15% margin.
- Loss of guarantee for the car attributable to the Renter (person driving the vehicle): 2.500,00 PLN.
- Smoking tobacco in the car 500,00 PLN contractual penalty.
- Hauling other vehicles with the rented car 250,00 PLN contractual penalty.
- Making the car available to a person not authorised to drive the vehicle 250,00 PLN contractual penalty.
- Delay in the return of the car - triple of the daily rate rental fee for every day of delay - contractual penalty.
- Car Wash: 30,00 PLN – OBLIGATORY.
- Return of the car with considerably dirty interior or upholstery – up to 250,00 PLN.
- Breakage or loss of the car regardless of the perpetrator, so called "individual complicity in a detriment" – (loss of the deposit).
- Minor damages at ABCO RENT A CAR's discretion.
